Postalytics Feb 2026 Agency Edition UI Refresh

Postalytics is rolling out a major wave of updates in early 2026. Along with a redesigned user interface across the core platform and the launch of our new Figma direct mail integration, we’ve also refreshed the Agency Edition experience.

Agency Management Interface Updates

The Postalytics Agency Edition management interface had grown increasingly unwieldy, with many key features buried in several layers of menus, not easily accessible from the home page. This update rectifies this with a more modern, scalable and clean interface model that will enable the app to grow and evolve over the coming years.

Overview Video

This video gives a high-level review of the new Agency Edition interface:

Old vs New Agency Edition UI Refresh

As you can see, the new Agency Edition UI refresh looks quite different from the previous version. While it may take a bit of time to get used to, we’re confident that the redesign will give you faster access to the features you use most.

Here’s a screenshot of the previous interface:

And here’s a screenshot of one of the new interface options.

New Agency Edition User Interface

As you can see, like with the redesigned core UI, the primary menu infrastructure has shifted to the left side of the page, while incorporating a new color scheme to help provide more contrast between the menu and the working area of the app.

Left Navigation Toggle Option

While we expect most Agency customers will benefit from the new left-side navigation, we’ve also introduced a control that allows you to retain the top navigation. There is a new setting in the Features menu called Navigation that allows you to preserve the top navigation across your Admin and Subaccounts in the Agency Edition. A couple of important points for existing Agency Edition customers:

  • The default setting as an existing customer is “Hide”, meaning that you’ll see the top navigation view below.
  • If you’ve embedded Postalytics in another app, such as HighLevel or other custom integrations that already has a left side navigation, the “Hide” option is likely to work best for your instance.
  • Any custom CSS that you’ve applied to hide specific menu items or adjust styling for your subaccounts will be maintained.
  • You can easily use the new Left Navigation toggle to switch back and forth between the top and left side navigation options for your Subaccounts.

When the “Hide” option is chosen, the new menu and feature organization appears in the top navigation when working in a subaccount.

New Branding Colors Option

There’s a new feature in the Branding Colors settings where you can modify the Navigation background hover color. The default color is set to “No Value”, and the menu hover color will be the default Postalytics hover color. If you enter a value here, the system will use that color as the default of the menu hover color in your Subaccounts.

Reports

This new navigation section elevates the Transaction Analysis from the previous sub-menu it was buried within, and also with this update we’ve enhanced the Campaign Mail Events report to be accessible via the Agency Admin.

The Campaign Mail Events Report is designed to give you the ability to understand what “Mail Events” have occurred in your campaigns over a period of time that you define. Mail Events are the data that helps you understand the status of your campaigns up to the point of delivery. These data types are captured from both our print partners as well as the USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode system.

Mail Event Types include:

  • Created (mailers created by Postalytics)
  • Addressed (not available for all campaigns)
  • Printed (not available for all campaigns)
  • Mailed (mailers accepted by the USPS into their inventory)
  • In Transit* (mailers processed by network distribution centers)
  • In Local Area* (mailers processed by destinations facilities)
  • Processed For Delivery* (the last scan prior to delivery)
  • Re-routed* (mailers forwarded to a new address)
  • Returned To Sender* (mailers than cannot be delivered)

*These Event Types do not apply to Canadian Campaigns

Payouts Menu

The Payouts set of features has been elevated in the new navigation as well. You can quickly access the Payout Account function (where you link your account to a bank to facilitate your payouts), the Margin management features, your Payouts Transaction history and the Payments history.

Branding Menu

All of the Postalytics Agency Edition branding features are now accessible in the new navigation. The features organized here include the Agency Logo management, Color modification, CSS Stylesheet branding, Features (turning them on and off for subaccounts), Help Docs access and the Statement Descriptor you use for your invoices & receipts.

Template Management Features

All of the incredible Agency Edition features that enable centralized control of the creatives used in subaccount campaigns can now be found on the left side menu. This includes Custom Prebuilts, the Agency Library and the Users Libray.

Account Controls

Finally, there’s a new menu in the new navigation called Account Controls that has several features that impact the entire account. These include the Distribute Credits, Convert Credits, the unique Spend Limit functions and account wide notification management.

Upper Right Corner Features and Account Menu

The upper right side of the screen is slightly redesigned. Notifications and Shopping Cart option are joined by the Support drop down and the Account Menu under the username. A few key features are located here, including the Account Profile, Password, Two Factor Authentication for enhanced security, User configuration, a link to Billing Activity, Payment Method management and Logout.
