ActiveCampaign has certainly been on a tear. They recently announced that they’ve surpassed 150,000 users globally, in just more than a year after announcing their 100,000th user. When you look at their offering, you can see why. The ActiveCampaign platform combines the best features of CRM and Marketing Automation, along with easy to use pre-built Automations, to create a dynamite Customer Experience Automation tool.
The First CX App Direct Mail Automation Tool
Postalytics has long offered a great direct mail integration with ActiveCampaign via Zapier, a 3rd party integration tool used by marketers everywhere. But when we were approached by the ActiveCampaign partner team about building the first “CX Apps” direct mail automation integration with their brand new developer platform, we knew we had to jump on it.
What’s different about it? Rather than having to jump through hoops with multiple tools, you can now initiate the integration right inside of your ActiveCampaign account! Just click on the CX Apps menu selection and pick Postalytics to get started.

What Postalytics Plans Are Required?
To create an ActiveCampaign Triggered Drip Campaign in Postalytics, you can use ANY Postalytics plan. There’s no need to change plans, you can use whichever plan makes sense for your sending volume and feature needs.
What Versions Of ActiveCampaign Are Required?
The direct integration of Postalytics into ActiveCampaign CX Apps is currently available in all ActiveCampaign plans. You can check current ActiveCampaign plan feature sets on the ActiveCampaign pricing page.
How Does The ActiveCampaign Postalytics Integration Work?
Now, you can set up Postalytics Triggered Drip campaigns to send any volume of postcards and letters to your ActiveCampaign Contacts via Automations. The first step is to set up your Triggered Drip campaign by choosing the ActiveCampaign integration.
Once your ActiveCampaign Triggered Drip is setup, you can initiate the Postalytics integration right within ActiveCampaign. Just click on CX Apps, choose Postalytics, and you’re off to the races!

How Can I Sync Postalytics Delivery & Response Data Back Into ActiveCampaign
Not only can you automatically send triggered mailers from ActiveCampaign using Postalytics, you can also setup the integration to automatically capture your Postalytics delivery and response “Events” in your ActiveCampaign Contacts, as they happen.
This will enable you to create high ROI campaigns that use the delivery information to trigger additional marketing or sales activities, or to kick off an automation when a Contact responds to their pURL or QR code.
