Postalytics has made an easy, fast way to send samples of the postcards or letters that are mailed as a part of automated direct mail campaigns. Just follow the simple wizard and you’ll get samples sent to yourself or your co-workers in minutes.
How To Send Samples
You can access the Send Samples wizard from either the Campaigns menu or the Getting Started menu (for newly established accounts). You’ll walk through a quick wizard, tell us what sample creative template you’d like to have sent, where to send it to, and how many. It should take no more than 5 minutes. You’ll receive your samples in 5-7 business days after you completed the wizard.
Tell Us Who To Send The Samples To
The first step is to tell us who you’d like to send your samples to. Just enter the name and address data into the form and click “Continue”. You can add multiple people, just by pressing the “+” button. You can delete people by clicking the “-” button. We’ll create a list for you and automatically send samples to the addresses provided. If you have difficulty with the addresses, check the proper mailing address, as we’re doing validation against a database of mailing addresses to make sure yours arrive properly.
Choose Your Creative Format
We’ve put together some sample postcards and a sample letter for you to choose from. You can select 6×11, 6×9 or 4×6 postcards, or a letter format. If you’d like to get more than one, just repeat this wizard for each format you’d like. The cost per piece for us to mail this to you (this includes paper, printing, handling and postage) is listed.
Enter Your Credit Card & Confirm
All you need to do now is enter your credit card, confirm your order and you’re done. You’ll get your samples in 5-7 business days. You’ll also get alerts as the status of your campaign changes, and you’ll be able to track the progress of your mail in a Campaign Dashboard we create for you.
