To setup or edit your account profile, go to the main navigation bar and click on your account. Next, select Profile.
From Profile you can edit your login details, profile information, and billing information. This is the first step of setting up your account and this information must be filled out prior to using Postalytics. In addition to the Profile Tab, there are several other tabs that are crucial to Account management within Postalytics.
Note that the email address you enter under the Profile Information will be used for system notifications, such as monthly invoices, credit purchases, orders, list management, etc.
Enter all the information under Billing Information. If this matches the information for the Profile, you may check the ‘same as profile’ box:
Click the Save Profile button at the top-right hand side of the page
