FAQs – HubSpot Integration

Can I have more than one HubSpot Integration in my Postalytics account?

Yes, you can set up multiple Postalytics HubSpot Integrations within a single Postalytics account.

Can I send Smart Send and Triggered Drip Campaigns with HubSpot?

Both Smart Send Campaigns and Triggered Drip Campaigns can be set up to work with HubSpot.

A Smart Send Campaign will utilize HubSpot Lists which are created in HubSpot and imported into Postalytics.

A HubSpot Triggered Drip Campaign can be set up to run from HubSpot Workflows or HubSpot Sequences.

Why do I need to create my Postalytics Triggered Drip Campaign first?

Creating a Triggered Drip Campaign is the first step in the process because you’ll need to be able to select a specific Campaign and connect it within your HubSpot workflow, along with mapping the data fields that will be sent over to Postalytics.

How do I know if my HubSpot trigger is working?

Your HubSpot Triggered Drip Campaign in Postalytics will be set to Test Mode by default. We’ve done this intentionally so that you’re able to run a full test from your HubSpot workflow trigger to Postalytics making sure the trigger works properly before any mail pieces are sent out. Once you’ve confirmed this, you’ll manually toggle the Campaign to Live Mode to start sending mail pieces.

Where can I find the Postalytics Status Codes in HubSpot?

Postalytics will create a custom field in the HubSpot Contact with the Mail Drop ID number of your Campaign. Each time a new status is available, it will override the last one in that field.

You can learn more in our help document Postalytics Status Codes in HubSpot.

How often are the status codes updated?

Postalytics receives scans and updates status codes in real time. Your HubSpot Contact custom field will be updated as we receive them.
